Usage rules, billing, delivery, replacement, refunds, renewals, and service boundaries.
1. Service scope
MaProxy provides prepaid access to proxy-related services through its own customer portal, wallet system, and support workflows. Some products are fulfilled through integrated upstream suppliers, but the customer relationship, billing experience, and support entry point remain with MaProxy.
2. Accounts and access
- Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
- Customers must provide accurate email information for security notices and password recovery.
- MaProxy may suspend or restrict access to accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or prohibited activity.
3. Payments and wallet balance
- Orders and recharges are prepaid.
- Wallet funds are stored as account balance inside MaProxy and can be used for supported purchases and renewals.
- Bonus credit, promotional credit, or similar incentives are applied according to the active MaProxy billing policy.
4. Order delivery
- Delivery timing may vary by product type, supplier load, and region.
- Some services are fulfilled immediately, while others may require additional upstream processing time.
- MaProxy will show order status and fulfillment progress inside the customer portal whenever available.
5. Replacements and support
- Certain static products may support limited replacement attempts within a short post-purchase window.
- Replacement handling depends on supplier-side processing rules and inventory availability.
- Customers should use the support team if a service remains unsatisfactory after the allowed replacement attempts.
6. Refund review
- Refunds are not automatic.
- Approved refunds, when granted, are returned to the MaProxy wallet unless otherwise stated.
- Refund review may depend on order age, service usage, replacement history, supplier-side evidence, and the nature of the reported issue.
7. Acceptable use
Customers may not use MaProxy services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, credential attacks, platform policy violations, or clearly prohibited traffic patterns. MaProxy may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where necessary.
8. Supplier-backed services
MaProxy may rely on upstream suppliers for inventory, provisioning, renewals, or proxy actions. Supplier behavior, processing speed, and regional inventory depth may affect service timing and available actions.
9. Limitation of liability
MaProxy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party websites, platforms, or online services. Customer results may vary depending on local networks, device setup, account quality, target platform rules, and supplier-side conditions.
10. Contact
For billing questions, replacement requests, or refund review, customers should contact MaProxy support through the portal or published support channels.
